 Up your EQ expertise with this unique, one-of-a-kind approach to developing emotional intelligence. Our Train-the Trainer program begins with three core Skill Builder Modules that provide the foundation from which to build:  

• Intro to Emotional Intelligence
• Emotional Self-Awareness
• Empathy

EQSMARTS™ Skill Builder Online Training Courses

 Expand your emotional intelligence development options with private, targeted online courses.  Designed to address both the under and over-use of EI skills, these robust courses will challenge and enlighten you. 

 The skills correlate to the EQi 2.0 assessment tools, so are a perfect complement to use post-assessment, either as coaching tools or for personal, independent study.

Don’t have an EQi 2.0 report?  No problem.  While understanding your baseline EQ scores is ideal, you can still utilize any Skill Builder without the assessment results.

You will be experiencing an expertly designed, interactive and engaging learning experience as you build upon your new skills, learn practical applications, and gain additional levels of expertise and credibility.

This course (two-half days) focuses on expanding your skills and increasing your confidence in coaching and training others to develop their emotional intelligence.
