Certification Process:
Certification can be completed quickly online at your own pace/convenience in three easy steps:
Step 1: Register, afterwhich we will contact you to begin the certification process. No need to specify a training date prior to registration as the bulk of training is independent study.
Step 2: Learn online with interactive modules
Step 3: Receive up to 90 minutes of personalized coaching with a Master Trainer in an online interactive session.

Susan Zabriskie, owner of PerformanceWorks LLC, a performance consulting firm, has over 25 years’ experience in the learning and development field. Since 2004, she has helped thousands of individuals develop their potential through emotional intelligence and DISC behavioral coaching and training.
